The task of buying property was the toughest item on my list in 2014. It is something I have contemplated for some time. Whilst the initial saving for a deposit is a massive challenge in itself, the actual buying process drags on for months on end and requires a lot of chasing. Having initially bid for the property in April, I finally completed the purchase of a two bedroom flat in early October.
