Since my early twenties I have always tried to maintain some stubble on my jaw line, but the thought of a beard has been something I have contemplated for a while. I like the idea of letting my hair grow in a proper castaway style, but I am not sure it would be so well received by friends, family and work.
I started growing my beard back in June and have maintained it with little effort for six months now. The aim is to keep it for a minimum of twelve months. To be completely honest, the growing of the beard started out of laziness of not wanting to shave, and then just developed from there. At this point it is at least 4-5cm at its longest. Who knows when it will stop?
